This is a condensed version of a letter sent to the Ministry of Health Ontario:
I received a notice from Peel Public Health regarding my daughter’s immunization records.
She received her first MMR vaccination four days before her first birthday and according to Peel Public Health, her immunization is not valid because it occurred before her first birthday.
