Witness describes encounter between Hamilton police officer and Coun. Matthew Green as “uncomfortable”

Hamilton Coun. Matthew Green was stopped by a police officer at this intersection April 26, 2016 while he waited for a bus. A disciplinary hearing for the officer is continuing Sept. 14 concerning what happened during that encounter.

Shahzi Bokhari testified the police officer who was in the first police vehicle “did not appear friendly” when he was talking to Hamilton Coun. Matthew Green.
