Community programming featured on Rogers TV

Brampton residents can turn to Rogers TV for engaging local stories, a wealth of information and exciting sports coverage.
Each year, in partnership with our volunteers and community producers, Rogers TV develops new programs and episodes of returning shows to engage and inspire our viewers.
Starting this month, tune in to Rogers TV, Cable 10 for a fresh schedule of local content.
Rogers TV has added a variety of brand new programming developed by people from the community.
• Healing Flow Yoga, Mondays at 8 p.m.
Healing Flow Yoga offers a 30-minute yoga flow class with a therapeutic focus. Each segment addresses specific conditions such as shoulder and neck strain with the purpose to educate viewers on how to facilitate their own healing process with yoga.
• Liberty Street, Mondays at 8:30 p.m.
Join Life Coach Dr. Lana Marconi as she hosts and uses the Wheel of Life as a doorway into exploring and maximizing the many avenues of life.  On Liberty Street, life is full of possibilities which, when understood, can transform your life and free you.
• Cardinal’s High School Cafe, Mondays at 11 p.m.
Cardinal’s High School Cafe is about an upscale professional bistro which is run entirely by high school students. The show focuses on the lives of six students as they encounter the various trials and tribulations of high school while trying to work in the high stress, fast-paced kitchen environment.
• UYE, Tuesdays at 5 p.m.
UYE highlights young minority entrepreneurs in the Peel Region and focuses on entrepreneurship and starting up your own business. The goal of UYE is to create both a movement and a supportive community of young entrepreneurs who will encourage, inspire, mentor and network with each other.
• Her Business, Her Voice, Tuesdays at 5:30 p.m.
Her Business, Her Voice celebrates self-employed women from all walks of life. Whether you’ve been in business 2 weeks or 25 years, the show is a gathering place for mompreneurs, DIY goddesses, and entrepreneurial wonder-women to share how their personal story led to their professional success.
• The Insurance Guy, Tuesdays at 6 p.m.
The Insurance Guy is your one stop shop for all things insurance. Join host Sanjay Makkar as he answers your queries and discusses issues pertaining to insurance in the Peel Region, with industry experts, regulators and elected officials.
• Genesis of Change, Wednesdays at 6 p.m.
Genesis of Change is a one hour call-in show that highlights the many facets of the youth of Peel Region. The show features young individuals and groups who discuss important issues, share information and portray artistic and musical talents. Guests include bands, artists, young activists, and professionals who work with youth and school administrators.
• Peel Achievers, Fridays at 5:30 p.m.
Peel Achievers is a 30-minute show which features successful people in the fields of politics, sports, business, music and public service who have excelled in Peel Region. The program is hosted by Vivek Kohly and Jenna-Lee Creelman whose mission is to uncover the life journey, experiences, and message of each guest.
This season, returning lifestyle, business and call-in shows include: Daytime, weekdays at 4 p.m.; Stella and Michael, Mondays at 9 p.m.; In Tune with Real Estate, Tuesdays at 7 p.m.; Auto Talk, Tuesdays at 8 p.m.; In Business, Tuesdays at 11 p.m.; Talk Local, Wednesdays at 8 p.m.; SAFTV, Wednesdays at 11 p.m.; and Access Peel, Fridays at 6 p.m.
Returning popular sports programs include: Little League Sports, Thursdays at 6 p.m.; ROPSSAA Sports, Thursdays at 6:30 p.m.; and LIVE coverage of the Brampton Battalion.
